If you get sick with a cold before a trip, you want to get better as soon as you can. Similarly, if you feel like you just start getting sick, you want to reverse the symptoms as soon as possible. So when I had started feeling sick about three days before my big trip to Singapore and Indonesia, I decided I will not let it get to me. I had been planning this trip for five months and I was not going to be sick during my trip. I had to be healthy!
It was January in England, with weather as cold as it gets, and many sick people around me. That day, I put a list together of all the things I know I should do to reverse the symptoms and get better as soon as possible. It was then that I decided that I should make it into an infographic for my future blog. So, here is the list of things that usually work for me.
